Schedule & Expectations

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday
  • Core work window: Approximately 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Start time depends on mail delivery. You’ll begin calling the mail location as of 11:00 AM and must be ready to arrive within a few minutes once the mail is ready
  • You are not expected to start earlier than 11:00 AM, but must be prepared for 11:00
  • On rare occasions when the mail is significantly delayed, we may need you to stay later than 3:00 PM. We ask that you accommodate if possible
  • No formal lunch break, but you’re welcome to take short breaks to regroup or grab a snack

Core Responsibilities

  • Confirm mail arrival and retrieve it from across the street
  • Open, sort, scan, and file all mail
  • Deposit incoming checks (majority of daily mail)
  • Forward scanned items to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Assist with occasional tasks such as monthly invoice stuffing and other duties as assigned
  • At the start of your shift each day, check with your supervisor to see if any additional tasks are needed
  • If your primary work is finished early, check in again before leaving to confirm that nothing else is required

Compensation & Time Off

  • $75/day flat rate
  • No pay on days not worked, even if workload is heavier the next day
  • Paid time off available after 90 days

Ideal Candidate

  • Consistent, punctual, and dependable
  • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail

This is a great role for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and getting things done without micromanagement. If you're organized and reliable, we’d love to hear from you.
