A law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Transcriptionist for a part-time, fully remote, long-term and ongoing temporary assignment.
Qualified applicants MUST have prior law firm experience and be highly skilled in transcribing legal dictation accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Transcribe attorney dictation, correspondence, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, formatting, and accuracy.
- Prepare and revise legal documents and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and case information.
- Complete assignments accurately and within required deadlines.
- Prior legal transcription experience required.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and typing skills.
