INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our dealership. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you.

This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer while supporting our sales and service teams with administrative and cashiering responsibilities.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Some Saturdays required

  Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Process customer payments accurately for sales and service transactions
  • Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed
  • Respond to customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction
  Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
