Painter / Estimator Interior & Exterior (W-2 and/or Subcontractor Opportunities)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter / Estimator who takes pride in delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services while also confidently meeting with customers to assess projects and provide accurate estimates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and customer interaction, and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Core Skills & Experience:
  • Interior and exterior painting (prep, priming, finishing)
  • Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, masking)
  • Color matching and product knowledge
  • Job estimation (labor, materials, timelines)
  • Light drywall repair and finishing
  • Basic knowledge of additional trades (carpentry, minor repairs) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality residential and light commercial painting
  • Meet with customers to assess projects and provide estimates
  • Clearly communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
  • Identify additional repair or improvement opportunities for customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first interaction to final walkthrough

Tools & Equipment:
  • Must have own vehicle (truck/van preferred)
  • Must have essential painting tools and equipment
  • (Not required to have every toolbut must know whats needed for each job)
