Hunter's Green in New Tampa is a gated development exemplified by harmonizing suburban life and nature. Against a backdrop of 43 lakes on 65 acres of protected wetlands, families enjoy 23 unique enclaves taking advantage of community facilities with designated bike lanes, playgrounds, lighted tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer and baseball facilities, jogging trail with a 15-station exercise circuit and an off-leash dog park. Also located on property, separate membership at Hunter's Green Country Club can include golfing on the 18-Hole Tom Fazio designed course or privileges at their Tennis and Athletic Center. Next door, Flatwoods Nature Park offers a 7-mile loop for biking, hiking and bird watching. Shopping and restaurant options abound right outside our 24/7 manned gates.
Role Summary
The Onsite Parking Compliance Inspector plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational standards of our community. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the community to identify and document any compliance infractions using an Association-issued iPad. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure that property details are accurately recorded and promptly reported, supporting the enforcement of community rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Drive your vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
  • Document violations via the association-provided technology
  • Apply the standards in the association documents in real-life situations
  • Track those violation notices with the aid of company software.
  • Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, strong communicators, and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff
  • May include Gate Attendant Responsibilities

  • Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10-15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
  • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
