Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

  • Responsibilities:
    Provide overall leadership and direction for community operations.
    Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
    Maintain a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment.
    Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance.
    Partner with department heads to deliver excellent care and services.
    Foster open communication with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
    Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff.

  • Qualifications:
    At least 21 years of age and have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
    (1) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of relevant experience working in a health care setting;
    (2) A New Hampshire license as a Registered Nurse (RN), with at least 2 years of relevant experience working in a health-care setting;
    (3) An associate’s degree from an accredited institution plus 4 years of relevant experience working in a health-care setting;
    (4) A New Hampshire license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with at least 4 years of relevant experience working in a health-care setting.
    Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior housing.
    Strong understanding of NH state regulations (He-P 805).
    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build effective teams.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
