Bar & Restaurant Inventory Auditor / Liquor Auditor (Pay By The Job)

Part-time | Mornings, Monday–Friday | Miami-Dade & Broward

Pay: $18–$24/hour (pay-by-the-job — our fastest, most accurate auditors earn the top of this range and beyond)

BARMETRIX Miami is looking for sharp, competitive, hard-working people who want to get paid for what they produce — not for how long they stand around. This is an entry-level position with real room to climb, and it is built for people who would rather win than coast.

How we pay (read this carefully — it's the whole point)

We pay by the job, not by the hour. Every audit has a set price, calculated so a trained-up, serious auditor earns roughly $20 an hour — and the genuinely skilled earn more. Here's what our best people love about it: you earn the same pay whether the job takes you four hours or three. Get faster, and your effective hourly goes up. There is no clock to milk and no reward for dragging your feet. What you do with that extra time is up to you; take more jobs to earn more or take it as personal time.

And you can't fake speed by rushing. Sloppy counting creates a longer verification list, which slows you down and costs you money. The people who earn the most here are fast because they're accurate. We train you on exactly how to do both. If you're the type who likes to get good at something and get paid more for it, you'll do very well.

Why this role matters

You are the front line of this business — the foundation everything else is built on. Bar and restaurant owners lose real money to things they can't see, and it all starts with knowing exactly what they have. That's where you come in. You collect the hard data and verify it, and that count is what lets us show owners where their profit is leaking and how to stop it. We can't maximize a single client's profitability without you doing this part, and doing it right.

On a typical morning you will:

• Show up on time, every single day. Our mornings start early. We are on-site at 5:45am, starting at 6:00am and on-time is non-negotiable.

• Be in a clean uniform with your equipment out, set up, and working by the start time on the schedule.

• Get an exact count of every product in the venue: weighing open bottles, counting loose beer, weighing kegs, and counting cases.

• Organize each bar as you go. We leave every venue tighter and cleaner than we found it, because taking care of the small things is part of taking care of our clients.

• Verify your own numbers before you leave, so the data we hand the client is bulletproof.

• Handle any reasonable request from your supervisor during your shift.

What it takes to start

To start, I need people who are:

• On-time, every time.

• Focused and goal-oriented.

• Competitive about their own improvement — you want to beat your last time without cutting a corner.

• Genuinely interested in helping bar and restaurant owners run better businesses.

Basic requirements

• A reliable car.

• The ability to be anywhere in Miami by 6:00 AM daily.

• The ability to sustain several hours of physical work at a time.
