Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic employee for the Part-time Receptionist/Cashier position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to shape our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first-impression representative. Weekend Schedule:

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 PM

 Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
  • Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order
  • Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers
  • Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift
  • Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
  • Assist with various clerical duties as needed
 
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks (MVR, drug test)
