Car Wash Attendant (Sales-Focused)Position Summary

The Car Wash Attendant serves as a frontline sales ambassador responsible for driving revenue through membership conversions, wash upgrades, and customer engagement at the pay station. This role is accountable for delivering a high-energy, consultative sales experience while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation

Proactively engage every customer at the pay station with a consultative, sales-driven approach

Present, position, and close sales on unlimited membership packages as the primary objective

Effectively upsell premium wash packages and add-on services to maximize ticket value

Communicate the value proposition and cost savings of memberships with confidence and clarity

Consistently meet or exceed individual and site-level sales targets and KPIs

Capture customer information and drive email and loyalty program sign-ups

Leverage promotions, limited-time offers, and incentives to increase conversion rates

Customer Experience Excellence

Deliver a high-energy, professional, and persuasive customer interaction on every transaction

Build rapport quickly and tailor recommendations based on customer needs

Address customer objections and concerns with a solutions-oriented mindset

Ensure every customer leaves with a clear understanding of services and membership benefits
