As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Site Location: Durham, NC
    • Multiple Schedules Available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
  • Full-Time Schedules
    • Friday - Tuesday 10:00pm - 6:00AM 40 hour shfit
    • Monday - Friday 06:00AM - 02:00PM 40 Hour shift
    • Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, 40 hour shift
    • Saturday - Sunday, 06:00AM - 02:00PM - Monday - Tuesday 02:00PM - 10:00PM 32 hour split shift
  • Part - Time Schedule
    • Wednesday - Thursday 10:00PM - 06:00AM 16 hour shift
    • Monday - Tuesday 10:00PM - 06:00AM 16 hour shift

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
  • Must have an active PPSB license.
  • Must have CPR
  • Must have VALID Drivers license
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a state license if required
