81 Oaks Senior Living is a warm, vibrant, and hospitality-driven senior living community in Sarasota. We are looking for a part-time Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community and support both residents and team members through professional, attentive front-desk service.

Required Shifts
  • Saturdays: 4:00pm 8:00pm
  • Sundays: 4:00pm 8:00pm
  • About the Role

    The Concierge acts as the ambassador of 81 Oaks, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Guest Services
  • Provide a warm, professional first impression.
  • Greet residents, family members, and visitors; manage visitor signin.
  • Notify residents of guests and follow residentspecific instructions.
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain an orderly lobby environment.
  • Administrative Support
  • Receive and distribute mail; manage outgoing packages.
  • Maintain frontdesk logs and emergency contact information.
  • Assist managers with clerical tasks.
  • Page care staff as needed.
  • Manage RSVPs, transportation signups, and maintenance requests.
  • Perform light housekeeping at the front desk area.
  • Safety & Communication
  • Follow all emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Report changes in residentsโ€™ condition to leadership.
