About the Role

As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the community, ensuring residents, guests, and prospects have a seamless and enjoyable experience. From maintaining a pristine lobby to assisting with packages and responding to resident requests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to Capitol Concierge Inc. standards.

  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and entryways clean and organized.

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping entryways, and cleaning glass doors.

  • Maintain community refreshment areas (coffee, water, continental breakfast, etc.).

  • Answer phones, provide information, forward calls, and take messages as needed.

  • Sign for, track, and distribute packages to residents.

  • Accept and log service requests from residents.

  • Monitor and manage visitor parking and issue parking passes (if applicable).

  • Handle resident noise complaints after leasing office hours.

  • Contact emergency services when necessary (fire, medical, or police assistance).

  • Track and inspect community amenity areas, especially when rented by residents.

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education amp; Experience:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
