Job Overview:
Join a premier luxury condominium community in Boston as a Part-Time Concierge Associate, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests while delivering a polished, white-glove experience; responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and visitors, coordinating check-ins, supporting concierge and light administrative tasks (Word and Excel), maintaining accurate logs and records, monitoring security and access control systems, responding to emergencies per protocol, and conducting routine property patrols to ensure a safe, secure, and exceptionally maintained environment.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Provides exceptional customer service.

  • Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.

  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.

  • Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work.

  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes

  • Monitors and controls access to the building

  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary

  • Provides general concierge services as well as administrative clerical work when needed

  • Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of Condo/HOA experience preferred

  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
