Bella Santé is currently looking to hire full-time and part-time front desk Spa Concierge.

In business for over 20 years, our ‘Best of Boston’ awards span over a decade. We are proud of our numerous awards and accolades, which is a testament to our talented staff and executive team and their commitment to delivering world class service and relaxation to our clients.

We offer competitive pay and benefits (for qualifying employees) which include medical, dental , 401k , paid vacation and sick time and complimentary spa treatments and generous product discounts .

Our Spa Concierge are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •     Greeting all guests
  •     Answering the telephone
  •     Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products
  •     Checking guests in and out
  •     Scheduling appointments
  •     Ensure that the retail items are stocked and properly maintained.

Strong customer service and organization skills are a must for this position.
