We're currently seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact in one of our luxury properties.


What You’ll Do

As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful resource for residents, visitors, and vendors. Your role is key in maintaining a secure, friendly, and efficient environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, in person and via phone/email
  • Maintain front desk shift logs
  • Coordinate services such as package deliveries, and maintenance requests
  • Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
  • Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed

  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
