Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.
What You'll Do
We are searching for Community Service Professionals (CSP) to join our agency!
Are you looking for a flexible schedule to work around your busy life? This position is perfect for anyone looking to work around their education, childcare, primary job, and more! We have Part-time and Full-timeavailable positions throughout Capital District (including Warren and Washington counties) - offering flexible scheduling for daytime, evenings, and weekends! You will have a set schedule with only a minimum of 5 hours required every week.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to people of all ages with developmental disabilities, throughout the Capital District, in the person's private home, or out in the community.
  • Engage in recreational and community-based activities such shopping, exercise groups, restaurants & more.
  • Provide learning opportunities to support their goal to achieve independence.
  • CSP's support people with different abilities to learn and practice skills to gain greater independence, work towards achieving their dreams and be valued members of the community.

Requirements:
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.
