Job description

Cat Care Clinic is a feline-focused practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while creating a positive experience for both our clients and our team. We pride ourselves on a supportive, collaborative workplace where patient care, client communication, and team well-being all come first.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking to add a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with cats and their people, and is interested in expanding their skills within the veterinary field.
We value team members with positive attitudes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates may have prior veterinary CSR experience, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to grow into a true customer service extraordinaire.
Schedule
Part-time hours (approximately 15-25 hours per week), with availability needed during clinic hours. Flexibility is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet clients and patients warmly, creating a welcoming and low-stress environment
  • Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and text communications
  • Perform client check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding services, recommendations, and follow-up care
  • Discuss financial options and process payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical history requests
  • Support the veterinary team with patient flow and basic supportive treatments as trained
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with inventory, office supplies, and vendor communications
  • Participate in marketing efforts and client engagement initiatives
