Position Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Snohomish, WA (onsite and/or some home health *may be an option)

We are a pediatric focused, outpatient therapy clinic in Snohomish, WA, committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services to families in need. We work with children with diverse needs in speech, language, social communication, and augmentative communication. They need your help to succeed! We prioritize collaboration with families, interdisciplinary teamwork, and evidence-based practice. We are a therapist owned company, making patient care and your day to day flow both a priority. Come join our growing team of OTs and support our caseload's speech and language skills. We prioritize interdisciplinary collaboration, utilizing functional skills, and supporting pt's goals throughout the clinic. We'd love to have your expertise on the team!
Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy services, work with families and caregivers, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Position is part-time right now, but has the potential to grow into full-time quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments (receptive, expressive, pragmatic, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy (individual, group, teletherapy)
  • Monitor and document client progress; prepare reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Consult with families, caregivers, schools

Qualifications:
  • Master's or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent
  • Valid license or eligibility to be licensed in Washington State
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and standards

Schedule & Hours:
Approximately 10-25 hours/week, flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs. We highly value therapist's work/life balance and work in a Sprint Based Model that allows for frequent breaks for therapists and clients to recharge and practice their skills. Learn more on our website.

Depending on Experience, up to $65/hr (or negotiable based on experience, credentialing, schedule and caseload).
