Job description

Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator – Albuquerque, NM

Job Description

The Clinical Research Coordinator will support and coordinate clinical trial activities for a designated study, working approximately 24 hours per week. This role focuses on patient recruitment efforts such as performing chart review, pre-screening potential participants, and performing community based outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities for assigned studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies, following approved inclusion and exclusion criteria through chart review.
  • Conduct community outreach efforts to raise awareness of ongoing studies and support participant enrollment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research staff to ensure smooth study operations and effective communication across the research team.
  • Monitor participant progress and follow up as needed to support protocol compliance and retention.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of study coordination, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Adhere to all applicable ethical, regulatory, and institutional requirements related to clinical research.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
  • Hands-on experience with clinical trials and clinical research processes.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage patient recruitment activities for clinical studies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
