Job description

Working independently and exercising good judgment and discretion, the clerical student worker will assist the department administrative assistant with clerical duties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Assist the department administrative assistant with copying, typing, mail distribution, answering phones.
2. Swiping students in for faculty appointments.
3. Work on graphic design projects.
4. Clean and organize the faculty break room and conference room.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by the administrative assistant.
6. Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
7. Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission.
