Position Summary:
Live 2 B Healthy is a growing senior fitness and wellness franchise providing professionally led fitness programs to senior living communities across North Dallas.
We are looking for a part-time Business Development Manager to help grow our business across Denton County and surrounding North Dallas market.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people and building relationships. You will identify and engage senior living communities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, present our programs and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.
This is not a desk-based sales position. The right person will be comfortable prospecting, visiting communities, attending local events and developing relationships face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build the Pipeline: Identify and prospect senior living and 55+ senior living communities throughout the assigned territory.
  • Develop Relationships: Build relationships with Executive Directors, Community Managers, Lifestyle/Activities Directors and other decision makers and key influencers.
  • Generate New Business: Make calls, send targeted outreach, visit communities, conduct presentations and follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Close New Accounts: Understand each community's needs, develop the right program solution and work with ownership to secure signed service agreements.
  • Represent Live 2 B Healthy Locally: Attend vendor fairs, networking events, community events and other opportunities to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Grow Existing Relationships: Identify opportunities to expand programs within existing clients and develop referrals to sister communities and regional decision-makers.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide a simple weekly update on activity, opportunities and progress toward sales goals.
  • Know Your Market: Develop a strong understanding of the senior living and active adult market across the territory, including key operators, new communities and competitors.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or solution selling
  • Comfortable prospecting and developing new business — not simply managing inbound leads
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident meeting and presenting to business decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible, part-time schedule independently
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management
  • Comfortable using CRM and basic business technology
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local community visits
Preferred Skillset:
  • Sales & Marketing
  • B2B Account Management
  • Carrying sales quotas
  • Experience in senior living, multifamily, healthcare, wellness, fitness or other relationship-driven B2B services is highly desirable.
  • Background in the health & wellness or fitness industry
Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly base pay
  • Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week
  • Uncapped Commission on new recurring business
  • Performance based additional Bonus opportunities
  • Mileage and approved business expenses reimbursed
  • Flexible schedule with a combination of local community visits and remote follow-up
