About the Role

This is a part-time, remote/hybrid position that serves the Central region of PA. Candidates must live near and be familiar with Centre, Mifflin, and Huntingdon counties - and travel to these areas on occasion.


We are seeking Supports Brokers to join our growing team across multiple Pennsylvania counties. This role supports people with disabilities and their families who choose to self-direct their services.


Supports Brokers provide information, guidance, and technical assistance so individuals can access, organize, and use services and community resources that support a self-determined life. The role is shaped by the priorities and goals of each person receiving brokerage services.


What Youโ€™ll Do


While each Supports Broker role is uniquely defined by the individual supported, responsibilities often include:

  • Supporting best practices in employee and staff management
  • Promoting and protecting civil and personal rights
  • Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Partnering with individuals and families to support meaningful planning
  • Supporting responsible and effective use of public funding
Requirements:


  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a valid driverโ€™s license with a safe driving record
  • Have reliable transportation
