Job description

Now hiring a tour guide for a prestigious distillery, steeped in rich Kentucky bourbon history and tradition! Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to walk/stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidates must be able to work weekdays and weekends and have exceptional communication skills like the ability to speak in front of large crowds of people. They must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor with an excellent speaking voice and a professional image.

Customer service experience is a must!

Enjoy promoting Kentucky's bourbon with visitors from across the country and around the world!

What You Can Expect :

  • Deliver 3-5 daily guest experiences, ranging from 30-minute tastings to 90-minute walking tours.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests upon arrival and processing tickets.
  • Handle credit card payments, verify guest identification, and process refunds as needed.
  • Communicate tour sizes and demographics to the tasting room and tour guides.
  • Book and adjust tour reservations and resolve guest concerns with the help of Tour Captains and the Guest Services Manager.
  • Set up and tear down the tasting room.

  • A passion for spirits and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead groups effectively.
  • Flexibility to perform various roles and adapt to different tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
