About the Role: 

General Managers within MML are responsible for the overall operations of our restaurant including guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven leader with a deep understanding of fine dining culture, a strong business acumen, and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.

  • Experience: At least three years of progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
