Description
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and brand-minded Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our team in person in Houston. This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, with real opportunities to grow your compensation and responsibilities over time.
You will own four things: keeping our marketing accountable and data-driven, putting Greenlight's brand in front of Houston through events and PR, keeping the office running the way it should, and supporting the CEO and team with administrative tasks. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is proactive, personable, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
Marketing Monitoring and Analysis:
• Monitor our marketing dashboard daily and weekly across all channels, including radio, digital, cold calling, PPC, and SEO
• Track KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis and present findings to the marketing department
• Serve as a collaborating force to the marketing department, helping connect insights to action with real-time data to make decisions that improve marketing efforts and drive stronger ROIs
Brand, Events, and PR:
• Collaborate to plan and execute our quarterly meetups, community events, team outings, holiday dinners, and giveback events throughout the year
• Identify and pursue opportunities to give back to the Houston community, positioning Greenlight Offer as a company that leads with generosity
• Build relationships with local media and local news outlets to grow our PR presence and get Greenlight's name in front of Houston as the number one house buyers
• You do not have to execute everything yourself, but you own the process and collaborate with the right people when the moment calls for it, for example, an event planner when needed
Office Operations and Merchandise:
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly day to day
• Handle post office runs and general office needs
• Manage team apparel and branded merchandise, including pens, notebooks, and company swag, to make sure we stay consistently and professionally branded
Accounts Payable and Administrative Support:
• Work alongside our accounting firm to manage accounts payable and make sure all vendors, subscriptions, and business expenses are paid on time
• Manage employee paperwork for compliance purposes and ensure it is submitted accurately to our payroll providers
• Support the CEO and team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, office management, or a similar coordinator role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and presenting findings clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Community-minded with a natural ability to represent a brand in public settings
• Houston local with reliable in-person availability Monday through Thursday
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Preferred:
• Experience with marketing platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Background in event planning or community outreach
• Familiarity with accounts payable or basic bookkeeping processes
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team
