Job Description:

DJH has an immediate need for experienced part-time personnel to conduct surveillance and other insurance claims-related investigations in the Albany area. Strong potential for full-time-equivalent workload. Seeking experienced candidates whose current or former employer was not recently awarded new contract for work in the Albany region.


Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conduct stationary and mobile surveillance.
  • Conduct undercover investigations.
  • Conduct neighborhood canvasses, interviews and activity checks.
  • Stream and upload video evidence.
  • Prepare field reports and communicate findings.


Requirements:

  • Prior relevant experience strongly preferred
  • MUST have a well-maintained personal registered and insured vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must possess the ability to react quickly in a given situation.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
