Job Description
Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you serve as the face of Rakuna to acquire new sales and proactively provide Rakuna-caliber client service. This role offers an incredible opportunity to accelerate your career by driving a business impact that can change the future. The ideal candidate will be ultra-resourceful, exhibiting skills in business development and the ability to listen and learn from customers.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage client relationships, inspire and onboard clients on a business transformation journey with Rakuna (hold product demo and onboarding calls, generate business development plans and acquire new clients)
  • Travel to events (conferences, business meetings, industry events,...) to meet potential clients, pitch and handle product demos
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients by frequently inform clients on new product updates and proactively deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients
  • Understand and learn about the HR Tech industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of work experiences with at least 1-2 years in B2B sales (at an HR tech company is a high plus)
  • A go-getter with a strong growth mindset with excellent management and communication skills; an expert at presenting/pitching and always cool under pressure
  • Knowledge of the industry and ability to make confident recommendations at C-level, business decision-makers
  • A balance of creative and analytic mindset, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
  • Strong motivation and discipline to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid business environment (Note: This is a remote, home-based position with flexible working-time)
