B2B Sales Representative

PAY RATE - $ 20.00

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive new business development by selling temporary staffing solutions to employers across a variety of industries. This business-to-business (B2B) role focuses on presenting skilled administrative, custodial and light industrial talent to prospective clients, to help organizations meet workforce demands quickly and efficiently. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and delivering customized staffing solutions that align with customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strong business relationships with business owners, by cold calling small to medium-sized businesses

Foster relationships with key decision-makers in both current and potential customer bases.

Initiate and oversee quotes / contracts between customers and TSS serving as the primary point of contact for any issues, concerns, or opportunities.

Enter 30 cold calls a day into Breezy Leads CRM.

Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals

Maintain accurate and timely information in the Breezy sales management database

Schedule and attend client meetings to present temporary staffing services

Identify client workforce needs and provide consultive staffing solutions

Support recruiting efforts for administrative and custodial positions as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Preferably a college degree with prior experience in outside sales.

Prior experience supporting staffing and/or employment agency is a plus.

CERTICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A successful candidate will have proven success in outside sales or territory management within a B2B environment. Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, recruitment, and direct sales strategies. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work with little direct supervision

Compassion and respect for people with special needs and the ability to earn their confidence

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Regularly required to talk and hear. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to hold, handle and feel objects, knobs, keys and/or buttons.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

General office environment. The noise level is usually quiet.
