Your Role as a Clinician
As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
  • Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
  • Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
  • Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
  • Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment
