In this role, you'll guide clients through their recovery journey by ensuring they understand their responsibilities within the program and offering encouragement, structure, and support every step of the way. Our residential/detox/op programs involve close contact with individuals in the formative phase of their recovery.
Pay: $16 - $21 / hour
Shift: Part-Time, 3rd Shift - Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
*Shift differential is available!

Responsibilities
  • Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.
  • Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searches
  • Provide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checks
  • Interact with clients whenever possible
  • Attend shift change report and department meetings
  • Assist with the admissions and discharge process
  • Chart interaction with clients and observations made in client's record through electronic charting system
  • Attend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Prior work experience in a residential treatment center environment helpful, but not required
  • CPR and first aid certified - preferred, not required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • The ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hours
  • The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
