Bachelor's in Human Services or related preferred
CADAC II or ability to obtain within 24 months
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are seeking Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as the Addiction Recovery Specialist in a full-time position at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana.
The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field required
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
  • Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
