Line Cook (Seasonal) – Vermejo Reserve, Raton, NM

Join the culinary team at Vermejo, a Ted Turner Reserve, and create exceptional dishes in a luxury, nature-focused setting. We’re seeking a skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality, locally sourced meals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation compliance
  • Assist with prep, kitchen setup/breakdown, and daily operations
  • Operate kitchen equipment and monitor food quality
  • Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service
  • Support inventory and accommodate guest dietary needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years Line Cook or similar experience
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Understanding of sanitation standards and health codes
  • Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
