FunZone Attendant
Position Objective:
At Pizza Ranch, all our team members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and FunZone Arcades. This role is unique to our Pizza Ranch's who have a FunZone and will essentially be responsible for giving our guests a legendary experience in our FunZone Arcades.
As the FunZone Attendant, you will be challenged with mirroring the excitement and enthusiasm of our younger and older guests, while ensuring that our Fun Zone is a clean, fun, and positive environment.
Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our guests and create legendary impact for all.
Key Accountabilities:
? Guest Hospitality and Safety
? Guest Relations
? Fun Zone Point of Sale Service and Transactions
? Fun Zone Cleanliness
? Prize Counter upkeep
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
? Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift
? Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
? Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
? Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
? Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
? Restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required
