Come be a founding team member of the newest attraction in the Smokies and be a part of building the foundation of the most fun place to work! Sevier county's newest attraction includes a chair lift, the area's longest mountain coaster, food, shopping, mini-animals and more!
The role of a Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests and employees around the park property. Drivers are also responsible for keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained. The ability to interact professionally while ensuring excellent customer service is a must for this position.
Our park will be open year-round so we have positions that will fit your needs! Whether you are looking for a new career, extra hours, change of pace, or summer job we have something for you!

In order to qualify as a Transportation Driver, you must have a "P endorsement" and an acceptable driving record.
Requirements
  • Must have a commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • All drivers will be prescreened with a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
  • Safely transporting guest's and employees along designated routes within the ranch.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with all DOT related requirements.
  • Properly complete safety/inspection paperwork as required by Management.
  • Document any maintenance needs and relay to management.
  • Assist in controlling que lines for crowd control at loading/unloading points.
  • Assist passengers on and off of vehicles as needed.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and guest areas clean and orderly.
  • Notify Supervisors and park Management of any safety issues within the park.
  • Initiate friendly interaction with all guests.
  • Enforce and inform all safety rules to park riders.
  • Maintain knowledge of all activities that are included at Skyland Ranch.
  • Work with supervisors and vehicle maintenance team to maintain and upkeep on all vehicles.
  • Work varying hours and at different locations when needed.
  • Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards.
  • Obey all traffic laws.
