Early Childhood Education Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience - Natick, MA
Pay: $23-$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Early Childhood Education Teacher - Help Shape Young Minds
The Learning Experience - Natick is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. We're looking for a Massachusetts EEC Certified teacher who believes every child deserves a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment where they can build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for future success.
Whether working with toddlers or preschool-aged children, you'll create meaningful learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth through purposeful play and hands-on activities.
What You'll Do
  • Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
  • Build a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child feels valued
  • Encourage creativity, independence, collaboration, and problem-solving through play-based learning
  • Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families
  • Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and center leadership to deliver a high-quality educational experience
  • Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool program preferred
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
