This full-time position allows for a remote work setting, creating flexibility in your work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your own space. Our team employs a collaborative approach, utilizing digital platforms for communication and therapy sessions. As part of a community health clinic model, therapists will participate in regular team meetings to ensure synchronized care and support for our clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of client progress and treatment in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in case consultations with fellow therapists for feedback and shared learning opportunities to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Regularly evaluate and adapt therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at mental health education and awareness.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. This role specifically caters to clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. By tailoring therapeutic approaches to the unique experiences of each client, therapists play a vital role in our mission to enhance community mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families, showcasing a track record of effective outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for managing client documentation and appointments. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also preferred, as this role heavily involves virtual client interaction. Additionally, a background in crisis intervention and supportive counseling for complex socio-emotional issues will strengthen your candidacy.

Bright Futures Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually for this full-time position.
