Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, entrances, patios, and walkways to create a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect high-touch surfaces while replenishing restroom and public area supplies to ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment, including vacuums, floor polishers, and carpet cleaning machines, to maintain the appearance and condition of public spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns while providing friendly, professional service and creating a positive guest experience.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and facility issues to ensure all public areas remain safe, functional, and guest-ready.
  • Support the Housekeeping team by assisting with guestroom cleaning and completing special projects as needed to maintain operational excellence across the property.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, janitorial services, or a related field, with a commitment to maintaining clean and welcoming environments.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a reliable, service-oriented approach.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by remaining calm under pressure, adapting to changing priorities, and working a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues.
  • Perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds, while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to the Canyon Ranch mission and exceptional guest experience.
