Pay: $18 - $22 Flat Rate

What You’ll Do

  • Applies paint to vehicle parts after repair work is complete
  • Covers vehicle parts that do not require painting
  • Buffs or cleans surfaces after the paint dries
  • Requests necessary materials
  • Performs paint jobs efficiently and according to collision center guidelines
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Participate in required training
  • Demonstrates the company’s core values
  • Complies with company policies and procedures
  • Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations

What You Bring

  • 3 plus years of auto painting experience
  • I-Car Certifications preferred
  • Vision abilities including close distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and workorders
  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
  • At least 18 years of age
