Job description

Looking for a Labor Helper for Automotive Paint Repair at Large Dealerships across the Nashville Area. 

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 90 days 

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
  • Assisting in Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
  • Assisting in Prepping and/or buffing defects.
  • Assisting in Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
  • Assisting in Painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.
  • After a temporary probationary period, the technician will move up to a commission opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Need to have a valid driver's license & Legal Employment Verification
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
  • Must be a good multi-tasker.
  • The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus.
  • Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.

Work Environment

  • Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
  • Time is spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
