What We Seek for PAINT Technicians:

• 2+ Years Automotive Paint Tech Experience

• Any Professional Experience in a Dealer Collision Center or Independent Collision Shop

• Any I-CAR Certifications are a Plus

• ASE B2 Paint & Refinish Certification is a Plus or any ASE B2-B6 Certifications

• Any OEM/Manufacturer Certifications are a HUGE PLUS

• Experience with water based paints (such as BASF & Axalta Paints)

• Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Software is a Plus

• Ability to Work and Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Good Time Management Skills

• Must have own spray guns, air tools, and hand tools
