Staff Management | SMX at Link Belt is currently hiring Final Paint Technicians to join the Paint team in Lexington, KY! Whether you have industrial equipment or auto body shop paint experience, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, direct-hire position with a leading company.

  • 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply paint to the surfaces of parts and the final paint processes of cranes.
  • Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Candidates will ideally have experience in industrial equipment or auto body paint. Prior experience in a Production, Factory, or Manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience with mixing paint, mask surface, touch-up, and final paint application.
  • Applicants will be tested on their painting skills during the interview process.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated work ethic.
  • While this is a 2nd shift position, all training will be completed during 1st shift hours.
