Job description

Paint Line Supervisor

-Supervise, Train, Evaluate and Discipline as needed for all employees under your direction. 

-Experience with paint technology, spray patterns and paint equipment

-Ability to troubleshoot and has an understanding on molecular action in regards to temperature, chemical reactions and moisture content. 

-Ability to manage all paint and manufacturing processes

-Ability to set up paint line and interpret production schedule

-Ability to manage reports, data and daily tasks assigned as needed
