Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a summer intern to join our Library Services team.  The internship will be based in our LaVergne, TN corporate offices just outside Nashville. 

The Internship is designed to provide current students with practical, real-world experience and expose them to the many facets of business and culture with ICG.  As an intern, you will gain knowledge of ICG business standards and procedures and will handle administrative or other project-based tasks for assigned department.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s level degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance and support to department associates while becoming familiar with the organization.
  • Provides general administrative/clerical support to include answering telephone(s), scheduling meetings, filing, inventory/requisition of office supplies, etc.
  • Provides analysis and reporting support for department
  • Monitors assigned objectives and works with manager to develop and prioritize projects/assignments.
  • Communicates necessary updates/information to department associates.
