We're growing fast and are looking for a skilled Data / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. We need someone who can build independently, take ownership of data infrastructure, and turn complex datasets into reliable, actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric/Delta Lake medallion architecture.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
  • Create and maintain data models that support accurate, consistent reporting across the business.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI or comparable BI tools.
  • Write DAX measures and calculations to support complex business metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and governance of data across all pipelines and reports.
  • Troubleshoot data and issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document data models, pipeline logic, and reporting standards.
  • Stay current with best practices in data engineering, analytics, and the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
  • Write Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks for data extraction, transformation, and automation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, data engineering, or BI analyst role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines independently, from ingestion to reporting.
  • Proficiency in Python, including scripting, notebooks, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, PySpark).
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Delta Lake environments.

Pay Range: $100-130k DOE

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, mouse operation, and other computer-related tasks.
  • Frequent viewing of computer monitors and other electronic devices requiring close visual acuity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds, such as laptops, monitors, office supplies, or files.
  • Ability to maintain focus and concentration while analyzing data, reviewing reports, and performing detailed technical work for extended periods.
