Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.
  • Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.
  • Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality.
Qualifications:
