Job description

Title: Product Manager
Location: Madison, Wisconsin IL (Remote)
Duration: 6+ months
Responsibilities:
  • The Sr. Product Manager partners with Customer Care stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions within the Epic EMR.
  • This position leads business requirement gathering, analyzes the problem space to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ultimately verifies the work generated by the development teams meets the stakeholders' requirements.
  • This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a defined set of Epic based capabilities, guiding initiatives from intake and prioritization through implementation and delivery.
  • Serving as a key bridge between business partners and technical teams, the Sr. Product Manager brings strong Epic and Agile expertise to assess requests, shape solutions, and drive execution.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong stakeholder partner, process oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic problem solving with hands on product delivery in a complex, cross functional environment.
  • Experience with Epic modules Cheers, CRM, and/or MyChart is highly preferred.
  • The Epic Product Management team translates the needs of the business to the EPIC Delivery team, which is the technical team responsible for execution.

Qualifications:
  • EPIC , Cheers is the EPIC CRM
  • MyChart experience
  • Experience must equate to minimum of 3 years of experience (candidate possibly may have moved to an analyst position, but still must have this required experience)
  • Product Management
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile
  • Confluence/Jira (a big plus)
  • Certification or education requirements: Bachelor's degree
  • If a candidate has EPIC experience, they would have a certification (a recently expired certification is okay (but not expired many years ago); expect that a candidate would have a certification.
  • Traits that fit well with your team: Does not need a lot of hand holding.
