Caring Transitions of Euless, a respected family-owned and operated company, is seeking a qualified Team Lead to oversee packing, sorting, organizing, and staff leadership. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about assisting others and skilled at identifying valuable items. Most assignments are scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays and Saturdays.
Compensation: $15-$17 per hour
Hours:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or sale
  • Research items to determine fair market value
  • Safely pack and unpack belongings
  • Move supplies and boxes within client residences
  • Stage and prepare homes for sale
  • Take pictures of items for auction
  • Interact courteously with clients, their families, and colleagues
  • Lift boxes, dรฉcor, and occasional furniture as necessary
  • Manage client projects, communicating effectively with both clients and team members
  • Adapt to varied daily tasks as each project differs
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move furniture as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Capability to stand and work for prolonged periods
  • Access to a computer for scheduling, timekeeping, and project management applications
  • Available to work 3-4 days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Previous experience in staff supervision, working with older adults, and demonstrating compassion
