Job description

Position Summary:
Bradley is seeking an Office Services Intern to support the Office Services team with a variety of administrative, operational, reception, and hospitality-related tasks. This position provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional services environment while assisting with front desk coverage, conference center support, mail distribution, office organization, event logistics, and special projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with reception coverage, including answering and directing incoming calls and notifying attorneys and staff of visitor arrivals
  • Coordinate guest check-in procedures and visitor accommodations
  • Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings, training sessions, client visits, and firm events
  • Support hospitality services, including catering coordination, refreshments, and meeting support
  • Maintain reception, conference room, supply, storage, and common areas to ensure a professional appearance
  • Support office moves, furniture setup, packing, sorting, and coordination of materials for relocation and storage projects
  • Assist with organizing, maintaining, and managing files, records, and documents in accordance with firm standards
  • Perform copying, scanning, filing, and document management tasks
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal deliveries
  • Organize and restock office supplies, inventory, and storage areas
  • Assist with firm events, receptions, and special projects
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to attorneys and staff
  • Observe and learn about various law firm operations and professional services functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program preferred.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, retail, or office experience preferred.
