You Are a Great Fit If You:

  • Lead with Empathy: You are a naturally compassionate listener who enjoys working with seniors and their families.

  • Own the Outcome: You are results-driven, curious, and never judgmental when entering a client's private space.

  • Value Integrity: You understand that "Customer Service" means treating a client's 50-year-old collection with the same respect as a luxury asset.

Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Curation & Research: Sort and organize household goods; perform research to determine fair market value for unique items (from vintage collectibles to everyday essentials).

  • "White-Glove" Packing: Safely pack and unpack treasures, ensuring they are staged perfectly in the client’s new residence.

  • On-Site Logistics: Move supplies and boxes within the home; assist with the lifting of décor and light furniture to prepare a home for sale.

  • Estate Staging: Transform a lived-in home into a polished, high-traffic environment for our professional estate sales and online auctions.

  • Digital Integration: Use our project management and auction apps to catalog inventory and track your "Scoreboard" results.

Job Requirements:

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ pounds comfortably.

  • Professional Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential for travel between our East County project sites.

  • Tech Proficiency: Consistent access to a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and real-time project updates.
