Job description

Warehouse Worker โ€“ Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the safe and accurate unloading of incoming materials and the timely loading and delivery of orders to customers. This role involves operating company vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and consistently adhering to safety procedures and company standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time with a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Safely operate company vehicles, including a 24-foot box truck

  • Load and unload company and vendor vehicles accurately

  • Deliver materials to customers in a neat, safe, and timely manner

  • Follow all company safety protocols and regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas

  • Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors


Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 1โ€“2 years of warehouse or similar industry experience

  • Forklift experience with applicable state certification

  • DOT Physical Card
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery

  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck

  • Team-oriented with strong time-management skills


Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
