We are hiring an experienced Injection Mold Machine Operator for a plastic manufacturing company in Carrollton, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a stable first-shift schedule and competitive pay.

Location: Carrollton, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines used to manufacture plastic products.
• Set up, start, and monitor machines throughout production.
• Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic production issues.
• Trim, package, and label finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating injection molding machines is required.
• Experience in a plastic manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
